• All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking through Stripe, our secure payment provider.
• We do not store your card details.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed or attended.
• Once a course has been started or attended, no refund will be issued.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course. If this happens, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another course.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including videos, documents, and resources, are owned by us.
• You may not copy, share, or redistribute materials without our written permission.

6. Liability

• We provide training and educational content but are not responsible for how the information is used in practice.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our courses or website.
