About Our Courses

Are courses mapped to the EYFS?

Yes. Each course links to the EYFS with clear learning outcomes and examples that fit nursery rooms. All content is designed to be practical and directly applicable to your daily practice.

Do staff get certificates?

Yes. Certificates are available to download when a course is completed. These can be added to portfolios and used for CPD records.

How long does each course take?

Course lengths vary from 2.5 to 5 hours. You can complete them at your own pace, with the ability to pause and resume anytime. Most practitioners spread courses over several sessions.

Can I access courses on mobile or tablet?

Yes. All courses work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. You can learn on the go or during breaks.

Are new courses added regularly?

Yes. We add fresh CPD content every month, covering new topics and updating existing courses to reflect current best practice and guidance.

Membership & Payments

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. Settings can request an invoice and we can set membership to start once payment is received. Contact us to arrange invoice payment.

How many staff can access the nursery membership?

Unlimited. The nursery membership (£99/month) gives access to all your staff members, from practitioners to managers.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can cancel at any time with no long-term commitment. Simply contact us and we'll process your cancellation for the next billing period.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a free Ofsted prep toolkit and can arrange a demo of the platform. Contact us to book a demo and see the courses in action.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment provider. We also accept bank transfers for invoice payments.

Coaching & Support

Do you offer coaching?

Yes. One to one or group coaching can be added for leaders and room teams. Get in touch to plan what you need and we'll create a tailored support package.

Is coaching available online or in-person?

Both. We offer online coaching via video call and can visit settings in person depending on location and requirements. Discuss your needs with us to find the best option.

Can you help us prepare for an Ofsted inspection?

Yes. We offer targeted Ofsted preparation support, including self-evaluation reviews, documentation checks, and staff confidence building. Our Ofsted Ready course and coaching package can help your team feel prepared.

What support is included with membership?

All members can contact us with questions about course content. Coaching and bespoke support can be added as an optional extra.

Technical Questions

What if I forget my password?

You can reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

Can managers track staff progress?

Yes. Nursery memberships include a manager dashboard where you can view which courses staff have completed and track CPD progress across your team.

Do courses expire?

No. Once you complete a course, you have ongoing access to the materials as long as your membership is active. You can revisit content anytime.

What happens to my access if I cancel?

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You'll be able to complete any courses in progress and download certificates before access ends.
